Long time, no see!
Hi friends!
I know I haven’t posted in about a million years, school is just taking over my life and I find that I’ve been trying to avoid going overboard on cosmetics hauling, so things have been slow around here!
I just wanted to let you all know that I probably won’t be updating as much on here, but I will be posting on my other/personal blog, http://gnora.tumblr.com/, with life updates, my own interests, as well as fashion and beauty posts. Feel free to follow here!

August Favorites
-Jack Black Lip Balm: I always find myself going back to this. It really is the longest lasting lip balm i’ve ever used, plus it’s SUPER moisturizing and smells great.
-L’Oreal Le Gloss in Baby Blossom: This creates the perfect nude-pink lip without a lipstick. It mixes with your natural lip color to create the perfect nude without making you look dead. It’s low maintenance and lasts fairly long for being a non-stick lip gloss. I got it for just $6 at Target. It’s something perfect for school because it’s not overdone and doesn’t require constant application.
-Milani Eye Tech Liquid Liner: I cannot efficiently express how impressed I am with this product. I wasn’t expecting much from it at all, but it is incredibly pigmented, smooth, and literally the easiest eyeliner to apply out of any of the others i’ve tried - even gel. The best part is that it dries semi-matte so it doesn’t have the unnatural shine that most liquid liners have. It’s also very easy to remove with warm water and soap.
-Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed: I’ve wanted to try one of these forever and I finally went for it this month. This blush is the absolute perfect color; a light, dusty pink that looks incredibly natural. It stays on all day and doesn’t oxidize.
-MAC Eyebrow Pencil in Spiked: I’ve searched high and low for brow pencils cheaper than this, but none have lived up. Most brow pencils are hard and therefore don’t apply any color on my brows at all. This is creamy and easy to apply, plus it’s the PERFECT color for my brows!
-L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara: This gives me ridiculously long lashes! It separates, doesn’t clump, and is an absolute dream when paired with CoverGirl LashBlast.
-Garnier Anti Dark Circle Eye Roller: This is the only concealer that doesn’t crease on me, and I generally use exclusively high end concealers.
CVS is having some great deals right now. Revlon, Milani, and Almay are buy one get one 50% off. On top of that, you get $3 Extra Bucks for every Revlon nail polish you buy, so it’s like getting them for 99cents! This is what I ended up buying:

I decided to try out a blush from a new line Ulta carries now called Sula. It’s an all natural cosmetic company. So far, so good.
My lips have been super dry an nothing has been able to fix that, so I haven’t been wearing lipstick. Of course, that hasn’t stopped me from buying it. When I bought this, Revlon’s lipstick in Peach, and tried it on I noticed it didn’t look dry on my lips at all. It’s the perfect Coral/red shade and I love that I can wear it even though my lips are dry!!

I’m incredibly impressed with the Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick formula, I think I might even like it better than MAC! I’m surprised i’ve never tried it before, but glad I finally did. Primrose is a gorgeous color, too. I’ll have to pick up more of these.
The Sonia Kashuk angled eyeliner brush is one of my favorites. This is the second one i’ve bought. Definitely great for gel liner.
